Bo Knows: Zeus is the Trouble Maker in the Pack

Gigantor Toke, me and "Brother Zeus" being-have.
Tall Packleader left us alone last night forever (it has something do with "going out to dinner" or some Tall Pack nonsense).
Whatever, it was forEVER.

Now, I know how to entertain myself. Ninja pouncing on Gigantor Toke, organizing the bones into neat rows, licking my rock collection...I know how to have a good time.

Even Gigantor Toke—when he's not fighting for his life from my ninja pounces—occupies himself with meditation and chanting.

But when Brother Zeus (adopted, thank you) gets bored and Tall Packleader isn't around, he goes nutty. It used to be fun to get all crazy with him, but I decided it wasn't worth it. An upset Tall Packleader doesn't give butt-rubs.

This time, I tried to stop him for both our sakes.
"Don't do it," I said. "Tall Packleader doesn't like it when you turn the pillow inside-out."

He didn't listen. No butt-rubs for us for a while.

Bo Knows: Leaves aren't What they Seem

Normally, when these big leaf things fall from the sky, I like to bring them in the house and chew them into a million little pieces. The Tall Packleader seems to like it too — we play chase and keep away every time I do it!
Sketchy characters, leaves.

But lately, I'm beginning to think leaves are more nefarious.

Tall Packleader doesn't seem to realize it, but even after she gathers them into piles in the yard, they still run wild!

I try to herd and chase them back to where she wants them, but they are too fast. Sometimes, they even hit me in the head or chase me around the yard.

I am the boss of these leaves!

Don't they know where they are in the pecking order around here? So I tell them that, politely of course. I bark. And bark. And bark. Tall Packleader doesn't like to hear me get so tough, but I'm pretty sure it makes a difference...
